General Conditions of Sale – Thryvva

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions conducted through the websites and platforms operated by Thryvva. The term “client” refers to any individual or legal entity that places an order with Thryvva, either through our secure payment platform or other approved payment methods.

Article 1a: Age Restriction

Thryvva’s products and services are available only to:

• Individuals 16 years or older for digital products (including online courses, templates, and resources).

• Individuals 18 years or older for services such as coaching, consulting, workshops, and membership programs.

We take steps to prevent minors from accessing our services. If it comes to our attention that a user does not meet the minimum age requirement, we will immediately remove them from our database and refund any payments received. Access to any related content will also be revoked.

Article 2: Orders

By placing an order on any Thryvva platform, the client fully accepts these general conditions of sale without reservation.

Article 3: Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on the client’s location.

• Prices are subject to change at any time. However, the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

• Payment is due immediately at the time of order, including for pre-order items.

• We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Payment processing is securely handled through Stripe and PayPal.

• Thryvva does not store or process payment information. All transactions are encrypted and handled by our payment processors.

Article 5: Delivery & Access to Products

• Digital Products: Immediately available upon successful payment, unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-order items).

• Memberships & Services: Access is granted according to the terms outlined in the specific service description.

• Physical Products (if applicable): Delivered to the address provided at checkout. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details. Thryvva is not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect address entries.

In case of delivery issues (e.g., missing digital access, incorrect file links), clients must contact support within 7 days of purchase for resolution.

Article 6: Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products & Courses: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated on the product page.

• Memberships & Subscriptions: Clients may cancel at any time. However, no refunds are issued for partial usage. Cancellations prevent future billing.

• Coaching & Services: Refund policies vary by service and are detailed in the service agreement at the time of booking.

Article 7: Data Protection & Privacy

• By purchasing from Thryvva, clients consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not share, sell, or misuse client data. Email addresses are used only for transactional and promotional communications related to Thryvva.

• Clients can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

• All content, courses, templates, and materials provided by Thryvva are copyrighted and for personal use only.

• Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of our content is strictly prohibited.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

• Thryvva is not liable for any financial, business, or personal decisions made based on our content, courses, or services.

• Our products and services are educational and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or business advice.

Article 10: Governing Law

These general conditions of sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, specifically the state of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. law.
